With a plethora of wands at your disposal, there's no need to be born with magic to become a real master of wizardry!

What does that mean?
It means that in this roguelite action-adventure game your abilities all come from the wands you collect throughout the levels. Play through long adventures or small side missions, where you're tested on your skill with specific staffs. Or maybe fighting against endless hordes of enemies while finding more and more magical tools is more to your liking?

Equip new weapons, find potions and secrets, battle countless of enemies and test your dodging skills as you traverse through the different biomes of this magical world.

Key Features

  • 80 wands to unlock and use
  • 4  adventures: bigger sets of levels with bosses at the end
  • 10 side missions: 1 to 10 levels that sometimes put a twist on the gameplay mechanics
  • 1-4 extra challenges for every adventure/side mission
  • Side challenges (basically achievements)
  • 8 arenas for endless mode with a shop system and endless waves of enemies
  • Training mode to test out wands
  • A gallery where you can look at all of your wands
  • Hard, fast-paced action!

Controls

All of these are explained in the game's tutorial and can be accessed by clicking the help button on the top right corner on the main screen.

  • W, A, S, D: Character Movement
  • Shift/Capslock: Makes the character sprint at the cost of stamina
  • Spacebar: Allows a small dash, dodging projectiles and enemies at the cost of stamina
  • Left-click: Uses the primary ability of the wand (makes it fire projectiles)
  • Mouse wheel: Switch between wands by scrolling
  • Right-click: In every mode except for Adventure, it uses the secondary ability of your wand (in Adventure, it just switches your wands)
  • Q: Unbinds the camera, allowing its free movement. Using Shift makes it go even faster, pressing Q again binds it back to the character
  • E: Used to pick up wands
  • F: Used to interact with the world (Chests, portals, the shopkeeper, crystals, etc...)
  • 1,2,3: Potions (1: Health, 2: Mana, 3: Stamina)
  • Escape/I: Pauses the game

Credits

The game was intended to only be a small project of five days to get into the engine, but ended up getting slightly bigger as I grew a liking to the gameplay. During the time I made this, I learned a lot about both coding in Unity and pixelart, but despite the partly sloppy code and weird art style, I hope you can still enjoy the game as much as I enjoyed making it! :)

Please add control settings, i don't have a mouse and i play with a notebook touch pad, so i can't change weapons and sometimes the wand just don't fire (100% not a problem with the game, i am asking for this option bc i always change shooting controls to "C", so i can shoot properly)

The game seens very good tho, thanks in advance :)
